Zusammenfassung

Goodwill SWPA’s Career Navigator will plan and facilitate career readiness and job placement activities to meet participants’ employment goals, collaborating with the Human Service team to offer intake, assessments, workshops, and job search support. The role supports Opportunity Center operations with flexible hours Monday through Friday to meet organizational needs.

The position is regular, full-time, non-exempt, located at the Morgantown Opportunity Center, with occasional travel.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent and 5 years of experience required.
• Associates degree holders require 3 years of experience.
• Bachelor’s degree holders require 1 year of experience.

Aufgaben

• Facilitate career readiness workshops during client orientation and enrollment.
• Provide job-specific training, support, and supervision to community members, ensuring needs are met and goals are implemented.
• Deliver quality job search, pre-employment supports, job placement and career development services.
