Qualifications
- Experience at a Ford dealership is a plus.
- Ability to identify problems quickly.
- Strong knowledge of automobiles.
- Proven record of achieving customer satisfaction.
- Minimum 1 year in a service department.
- Willingness to learn new programs and tech.
- Positive, energetic attitude.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly.
- Obtain customer and vehicle information.
- Clearly report all vehicle symptoms per customer.
- Determine maintenance based on age, mileage and history.
- Prepare a complete estimate of labor and parts.
- Schedule follow-up and monitor progress.
- Update customers frequently on repairs.
- Explain completed work and charges to customers.
