Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and gather vehicle information.
• Obtain customer and vehicle details.
• Clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer.
• Determine and recommend maintenance based on age, mileage and history.
• Prepare a complete and accurate labor and parts cost estimate.
• Establish follow up time.
• Monitor daily vehicle progress and update customers frequently.
• Verify final invoice matches work performed on the repair order.
• Explain all completed work and charges to customers.
