Qualifications

• 3+ years of Service Advisor experience at a New Car Dealership.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; basic automotive knowledge.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally; create a positive first impression.
• Document vehicle issues and service requests accurately.
• Recommend maintenance and repairs based on manufacturer guidelines.
• Prepare repair orders, estimates, and timelines.
• Communicate with technicians regarding diagnostics and repairs.
• Keep customers informed on vehicle status throughout the service process.
• Explain services performed and costs to customers; review completed work.
• Upsell appropriate services when suitable.
