Responsibilities

• Build professional one-on-one relationships with clients to aid in obtaining and retaining employment.
• Provide consistent and comprehensive case management and follow-up.
• Conduct new customer orientation and coordinate with schools, account managers and management to ensure documentation is completed.
• Facilitate all professional development workshops.
• Maintain organized database of clients and documentation of contacts.
