Equus Workforce Solutions is seeking a career advisement professional to support jobseekers by assessing needs, coordinating services, and delivering workshops. You will maintain client records, conduct orientations, and monitor progress to ensure contract requirements are met.

You will collaborate with leadership to improve processes, track outcomes, and contribute to reports and placement data, focusing on high-demand sectors across programs.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required in education, social services, healthcare or communications.
• Two years of experience in career advisement, development, and workshop facilitation.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Google Docs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and adapt to changing priorities.

• Build a professional one-on-one working relationship with clients to aid in removing barriers to employment.
• Provide consistent and comprehensive case management and follow-up.
• Conduct new customer orientation.
• Maintain organized database of clients and detailed documentation of all contacts.
