Qualifications

• Experience counseling job seekers in high-volume environments.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to motivate individuals with employment barriers.
• Knowledge of local workforce resources.
• Experience with state workforce systems is a plus.
• Willingness to travel and work overtime.
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel.

Responsibilities
