Responsibilities

• Build a professional one-on-one relationship with participants to aid employment and training goals.
• Counsel participants on job search strategies, career advisement, and training issues.
• Document all participant contacts and activities in case notes promptly.
• Maintain documentation for enrollment and program records according to standards.
• Assist in preparing project reports on participation and placement.
• Develop and maintain policies for Career Advisement and train team members accordingly.
• Coordinate a standard communication plan to inform staff of program issues.
• Provide operational support and cover as needed.
• Work in teams with staff and business customers and communicate effectively both orally and in writing
