Qualifications

• Two years of experience in career advisement, case management, or related roles.
• Proficient with MS Office and strong communication skills.
• Typing speed of at least 35 WPM.
• Bachelor's degree in education, social services, communications or related field.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and adapt to changes.

Responsibilities

• Build a professional one-on-one working relationship with clients to aid in employment
• Provide consistent and comprehensive case management and follow-up to support job retention
• Conduct new customer orientation including introduction to career pathway opportunities
• Help to ensure positive outcomes and goals are met as required by contract
• Facilitate professional development workshops focused on job readiness and career exploration
• Document all participant contacts and activities in case notes and track progression
• Create solutions to attendance problems and address barriers to participation
• Manage programs, including coordination of introductory workshops and weekly sessions
