Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in social services or related field; four years direct customer service experience in clinical or social services.
• Experience in a fast-paced, team environment that is performance driven.
• Familiarity with motivational interviewing and care management techniques preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with job search, placement, and 1-year retention.
• Provide case management, coaching, and counseling related to employment goals.
• Conduct outreach to keep customers engaged with work activities and services.
