Job summary

Grant Associates is looking for a Career Coach to follow up with clients after employment, maintain relationships with program partners, and support ongoing placement efforts. The role emphasizes helping clients navigate post-employment experiences and ensuring seamless transitions for program participants.

Responsibilities include outreach by phone, resume review, data entry in Salesforce, and collaboration with multiple departments to connect clients with appropriate resources and employment

Qualifications

• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to problem-solve and work with a diverse client base.
• Experience in social services, HR, or customer service is required (1–2 years).
• Fast-paced, results-oriented environment with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Follow-up with candidates by phone to assess employment status and advise on job search.
• Review resumes and identify openings matching skills and interests.
• Input data into database and generate reports on placement and retention results.
• Maintain client relationships to keep referral processes open for future placements.
• Meet with clients for post-employment coaching sessions.
