You will coordinate recruitment and retention efforts, prepare student communications, and organize major events such as orientations and graduations, ensuring alignment with university policies and CAPA workflows.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent plus 10 years of professional experience.
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience.
• Experience in higher education student services or academic program administration preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Leads College-wide student services and manages academic program administration.
• Establishes consistent processes, service standards, and student-facing practices.
• Directs staff duties and workflows, advising, and escalation for complex matters.
• Coordinates recruitment/retention efforts and student communications.
• Plans college-wide student events including orientations and graduation.
