Ideal candidates have strong interpersonal and presentation skills, knowledge of Medicare regulations, and a drive to deliver exceptional patient outcomes within a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, marketing, or related field.
• Two years of healthcare business development, community relations, marketing, or sales experience.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local Medicare/home health regulations.
• Valid driver’s license and automobile liability insurance.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage primary relationships with referral sources including physicians, hospitals, and senior living communities.
• Educate referral sources on Enhabit services and program requirements to drive patient transitions.
• Support referral growth and measure satisfaction of patients and providers.
