Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, marketing, or related field or graduate of an approved school of nursing, therapy or social work.
• Highly preferred graduate of an approved school of nursing, therapy or social work.
• Minimum two years of experience in healthcare business development, community relations, marketing, or sales.
• Understanding of federal, state, and local laws governing Medicare certified home health and hospice operations.
• Valid state driver license and automobile liability insurance.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Clinical license if applicable; experience in home health, hospice or related services preferred.
• Experience with electronic referral systems and HCHB preferred.
• Established relationships with physicians, hospitals or senior living communities encouraged.
• Dependable transportation and ability to drive in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary relationship manager between the company and referral sources including physicians, practices, hospitals and health systems.
• Support referral growth by educating referral sources, patients and families about Enhabit services and program requirements.
• Help navigate post-acute care transitions to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
