Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage relationships with physicians, hospitals, and health systems, driving referral growth and education on services. You will support post-acute care transitions to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related fields and at least two years in healthcare business development, with strong communication and presentational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in healthcare administration, marketing, or related field.
• Two years of experience in healthcare business development, community relations, marketing, or sales.
• Valid state driver license and automobile liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary relationship manager between Enhabit Home Health & Hospice and referral sources.
• Educate referral sources, patients, families, and partners about services and program requirements.
• Help navigate post-acute care transitions to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
