Enhabit, Inc. is seeking a healthcare business development professional to manage referrals, educate partners, and grow post-acute care collaborations. You will support transitions from hospitals and clinics to home-based care, aiming to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.

The role requires collaboration across clinicians and operations, in-office presence, and strong knowledge of healthcare regulations. Healthcare sales or business development experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, marketing, or related field.
• Graduate of an approved nursing, therapy or social work program is highly preferred.
• Minimum two years in healthcare business development, community relations, marketing or sales.
• Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid rules for home health and hospice.
• Valid state driver license and automobile liability insurance.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Clinical license if applicable to role.
• Experience with electronic referral systems and HCHB preferred.
• Established relationships with physicians, hospitals or senior living communities preferred.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary relationship manager with referral sources.
• Educate referral sources on company services and program requirements.
• Support referral growth and navigation of post-acute care transitions.
• Help improve patient outcomes and satisfaction through effective care transitions.
