Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a healthcare business development professional to serve as the primary relationship manager with referral sources, including physicians and hospitals, to grow post-acute referrals.

You will educate partners on Enhabit services, navigate program requirements, and support patient transitions to deliver exceptional outcomes and satisfaction across the home care continuum.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, marketing, or related field (or nursing/social work graduate) required.
• Two+ years in healthcare business development, community relations, marketing, or sales.
• Knowledge of Medicare/Home Health regulations and guidelines.
• Valid driver's license and automobile liability insurance in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary relationship manager with referral sources to grow post-acute referrals.
• Educate referral sources on Enhabit services and program requirements.
• Support care transitions and improve patient outcomes through collaboration.
• Maintain relationships with physicians, hospitals, and senior living communities to expand referrals.
