Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice seeks a skilled healthcare business development professional to act as the primary relationship manager with referral sources, including physicians, hospitals, and health systems.

You will drive referral growth by raising awareness of services and program requirements, and you will help navigate post-acute care transitions to support patient outcomes and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or graduate of nursing, therapy or social work.
• Two years of healthcare business development, community relations, marketing, or sales experience.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws governing Medicare home health and hospice operations.
• Valid state driver's license and automobile liability insurance.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Clinical license if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary relationship manager between Enhabit and referral sources.
• Support referral growth by educating sources about services and program requirements.
• Help navigate post-acute care transitions to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
