Job summary

Worcester State University is seeking a CARE Team Coordinator to provide individualized case management, coordinate interventions, and connect students with campus and community resources. This grant-funded, part-time role supports student well-being and campus-wide CARE Team efforts.

The position collaborates with faculty, staff, parents, and other stakeholders to improve services, track trends, and raise awareness through training and data reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in case management, crisis intervention, or student advocacy.
• Strong interpersonal skills and excellent verbal and written communication with diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of students using a student-centered approach to support success and well-being.
• Evaluate CARE Team referrals and recommend interventions and support strategies.
• Initiates outreach to students to assess needs and connect them to resources.
• Maintain confidential documentation in Maxient, EarlySupport, and Excel.
• Provide education and training to promote CARE Team awareness and coordination.
• Track trends using case data to identify gaps and improvements.
• Develop surveys to identify process improvement measures.
• Serve as a Campus Security Authority (CSA).
• Other duties as assigned.
