Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Two years of experience in student services, case management, behavioral intervention, retention services, counseling support, social services, higher education, or related field.
• Experience coordinating referrals and follow-up activities for students.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive intake and needs assessments for students.
• Coordinate referrals to campus departments and community resources.
• Maintain accurate case records and monitor progress.
• Assist in risk assessments and safety planning for students of concern.
• Collaborate with campus partners and external organizations to support student wellbeing and success.
• Provide timely updates and completes status reports for case reviews.
