Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; two years in student services or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred in related fields.
• Experience with case management and behavioral intervention a plus.
• Knowledge of campus resources and community partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Conducts comprehensive intake and needs assessments to evaluate student concerns.
• Coordinates referrals to campus departments, community organizations, and specialized services.
• Maintains ongoing outreach and engagement with students to assess progress.
• Coordinates welfare checks, safety plans, and other intervention activities.
• Maintains accurate case records and documentation for assigned cases.
• Ensures compliance with policies, confidentiality requirements, and standards.
