• Assist providers with clinical and administrative tasks.
• Register patients, verify insurance, and schedule appointments.
• Check-in/check-out, collect payments, and end-of-day reconciliations.
• Coordinate referrals and prepare patient documentation.
• Maintain data accuracy in electronic systems and manage messages.
