Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience as medical assistant in ambulatory care; 3 years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and manage check-in/check-out processes; assist with registration and scheduling.
• Answer phones professionally; verify insurance; document patient interactions.
• Register patient demographics and financial information in electronic systems; ensure data integrity.
• Support care teams with patient care under RN/LPN supervision; assist in coordinating referrals and tests.
• Maintain communication with patients and document in EMR; support campaigns and outreach as needed.
