Addison Group is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to arrange caregiver coverage for a high-volume patient base. You will manage 80–120 cases, coordinate schedules, and ensure full staffing while communicating with patients, caregivers, and insurers.

The role requires strong phone-based communication, multitasking, and problem-solving with a patient-centered approach. On-site, full-time position in New York.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Experience in staffing coordination, scheduling, or patient services.
• Comfortable communicating primarily by phone.
• Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Empathetic, professional interaction with patients and caregivers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate caregiver schedules for a high-volume caseload (80–120 patients).
• Manage caregiver coverage, call-outs, and replacements as needed.
• Monitor missed visits and address staffing gaps proactively.
• Maintain patient and scheduling data in internal systems.
• Communicate with patients, caregivers, case managers, and insurers.
• Assist with insurance authorizations and related admin tasks.
• Respond to patient concerns with professionalism and empathy.
• Collaborate with teams to arrange additional coverage as needed.
• Prioritize urgent patient needs while managing multiple cases.
• Adapt to changing priorities and staffing needs throughout the day.
