Job summary

All Ways Caring HomeCare is seeking a Customer Service Manager/HR Designee to coordinate quality care and customer service. You will assign staff to clients, schedule services, support HR activities, and ensure compliant recordkeeping for payers.

The role requires HR/recruiting experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a healthcare environment, with on-call responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; some college coursework or Associates degree preferred.
• Two or more years of community service, client service or staffing experience.
• Two or more years of general office and computer experience, e.g. Microsoft O365, scheduling, HRIT.
• One to two years of Human Resources with high-volume recruiting experience preferred.
• One to two years in a supervisory role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate quality care and customer service by assigning staff and scheduling client services.
• Identify problem situations and provide solutions to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Support local branch with recruitment, onboarding, training and HR file compliance.
• Document and maintain records for agency payers and HR processes.
• Lead on-call responsibilities and ensure compliance with employment laws.
