Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; some college coursework or an Associate's degree preferred.
• Two or more years of community service, client service or staffing experience.
• One to two years in a supervisory role or HR recruiting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate client care and staffing by assigning staff to clients and scheduling services.
• Provide HR support including recruitment, onboarding, training, and HR file compliance.
• Ensure documentation and records are maintained for agency payers and regulatory compliance.
• Support on-boarding, employee exits, data management, and HRIS maintenance.
