Homes for Independent Living in Brookfield, WI is seeking a Service Coordinator to oversee client services and household operations. You will develop ISP plans, ensure service delivery, manage emergencies, supervise staff, and handle HR/payroll for the team, while safeguarding client funds and valuables.

The role requires a driver’s license, a vehicle with insurance, and several years of care leadership experience plus strong communication and organizational skills. Competitive benefits offered.

Competenze

• 3 years experience in long term care setting and 2 years supervisory experience.
• Valid Wisconsin driver’s license with a minimum of 3 years of acceptable driving record.
• Personal vehicle with insurance.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Flexibility, autonomy, responsiveness, and initiative.

Mansioni

• Develop and manage ISP for assigned clients.
• Ensure delivery of services outlined in ISP across programs.
• Respond to emergencies including outside normal hours.
• Perform HR and payroll for direct reports: interviews, training, evaluation, coaching.
• Manage client funds and valuables responsibly.
