Job summary

BuildRight Construction AU is seeking an experienced Accountant to join a growing care services organization in Western Australia, with responsibility for NDIS, brokerage and Support at Home receivables. You will confidently manage reconciliations, funding claims, invoicing, financial reporting and month-end processes while working closely with operational teams.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
• Proven experience in accounting, financial reporting, reconciliations, journals and month-end procedures.
• Strong experience across accounts receivable, invoicing, collections and payment allocation.
• Understanding of Australian accounting principles and financial processes.
• Advanced Excel capability and experience with accounting software.
• CPA/CA qualification or progress toward is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage NDIS and brokerage receivables from quoting through invoicing and payment collection.
• Monitor funding claims and resolve rejected, delayed or underpaid transactions.
• Prepare journals and adjustments from reconciliations and month-end processes.
• Support receivables activities including budget reconciliations and claims.
• Assist with month-end and year-end financial processes and reporting.
