Testforce is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist based in Addison, Texas, to join their team responsible for all financial and accounting aspects of the organization.

The ideal candidate will have a college diploma in Accounting, 2-5 years of experience, and a strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and MS Excel. Testforce offers a competitive remuneration package and benefits.

• Ability to build and maintain internal and external client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Work within a cross-functional team (accounting, finance, logistics, sales).
• Maintain books and records of accounts.
• Analyze and prepare ledger reconciliations.
• Prepare accurate month-end, year end, and ad hoc financial reports.

Skills

Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles

Strong knowledge of MS Excel
