CNS Cares, LLC is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator (Care Manager) to schedule our direct care staff for patient visits and maximize authorization units. You will advocate for patient needs, communicate with nurses, home health aides, and the claims team, and ensure timely, high-quality service.

The role requires on-call rotation participation, in-office full-time work, and a focus on staffing coverage and compliance with state guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years healthcare experience or EEOICPA background preferred.
• 2+ years of staff scheduling experience required.

Responsabilités

• Schedule visits for the care team within the EMR.
• Ensure 100% of authorized hours are staffed and avoid overtime where possible.
• Coordinate with recruiting and local leadership to source and hire staff.
• Assist with patient needs for equipment and DME coordination.
• Support the authorization team for starts of care and renewals.
