Job summary

CNS Cares, LLC is seeking a Care Manager to schedule direct care staff for patient visits and maximize authorization units. You will advocate for patients, coordinate with nurses, home health aides, and the claims team to ensure timely, accurate service and high patient satisfaction.

The role requires high school diploma, 2+ years in healthcare, and 2+ years in staff scheduling, with a valid driver’s license and V alid background checks. In-office, full-time, Monday-Friday.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years healthcare experience.
• 2+ years staff scheduling experience.
• Must be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

• Schedule visits for the care team in the EMR and ensure coverage.
• Source and hire new staff in collaboration with local leadership.
• Ensure all authorized hours are utilized and compliance items are scheduled.
