Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Minimum one year in staffing/scheduling/logistics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Select, schedule, and coordinate caregivers based on assessment and care plan.
• Maintain scheduling of caregivers and respond to conflicts/call-outs.
• Communicate scheduling updates to clients/families in a timely manner.
• Audit timecards to ensure hours match scheduled hours.
• Act as point of contact with client family regarding schedules.
• Coordinate shift back-fill for tardiness or absences.
• Promote rapport with clients and caregivers; maintain positive relationships.
• Assist supervisor with hiring needs and document management.
