This role emphasizes organization, clear communication, and problem solving, with on-call duties and collaboration with supervisors to maintain staffing and client satisfaction. You will work in a fast-paced, compassionate environment that values independence, teamwork, and excellent client interactions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree preferred.
• Experience in customer service or staffing/scheduling is preferred.
• Experience with scheduling and logistics is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Select, schedule, and coordinate caregivers based on care plans.
• Maintain scheduling complete three days before shifts.
• Communicate caregiver changes to clients and families.
• Track scheduling changes in company software.
• Handle on-call duty as directed.
• Coordinate shift back-fill during tardiness or absences.
• Promote positive relationships with clients and caregivers.
