Assisting Hands Home Care – Maywood, NJ is seeking a Care Coordinator / Scheduler to organize caregiver rosters, match clients, and ensure reliable, consistent care. This full-time, in-person role works closely with care management, nursing, HR and scheduling teams.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain caregiver schedules for home care clients.
• Match caregivers with clients based on availability, location, and needs.
• Manage call-outs, schedule changes, open shifts, and last-minute coverage.
• Communicate professionally with caregivers, clients, families, and staff.
• Maintain accurate scheduling information in the scheduling software.
• Participate in rotating after-hours/on-call schedule after training.
