Job summary

Associated Home Care in Greenwood, MA is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to manage client and caregiver calendars, ensuring complete schedules and optimal coverage while maintaining high-quality in-home care services.

You will communicate with clients, families, case managers and staff to ensure continuity of care and adherence to policies. Strong communication and MS Office skills are essential in this office-based role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One year scheduling experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Directly coordinates schedules for an assigned group of clients and caregivers.
• Problem solves concerns and questions regarding client and caregiver schedules.
• Coordinate new referrals/intakes and onboarding, ensuring satisfaction.
• Communicate with nursing team and supervisor regarding needs.
• Provide rotating night and weekend on-call coverage as needed.
