Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Care Partner in Columbia, MO to provide compassionate assistance with activities of daily living and to foster a respectful, home-like environment for residents.

Qualified candidates will be eighteen or older, possess a high school diploma or equivalent, and communicate effectively in English. The role requires physical activity and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with opportunities for growth and internal advancement.

Formación

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward residents.
• Computer skills to print documents and enter information about residents.
• Must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• Must have the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
• Must be criminally cleared.

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating and oral care.
• Create an inclusive and positive environment by investing with your whole heart in your work, team members, and the community.
• Support residents and colleagues with empathy and reliability to ensure quality of life for residents.
