Cogir Senior Living is seeking caring Care Partners to provide compassionate, personalized direct care to residents, supporting daily living activities while promoting safety, comfort, and dignity. You will work in a team, ensuring a nurturing environment with emphasis on independence and respectful treatment.

Requirements include a High School Diploma, caregiver training is a plus, and First Aid/CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months of experience in a professional caregiving setting.
• Memory care experience preferred for Memory Care communities.
• Strong communication and teamwork mindset required.
• Positive attitude, empathy, patience, and commitment to residents’ dignity.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring).
• Provide companionship and emotional support to promote independence.
• Encourage participation in life enrichment activities.
• Assist with light housekeeping (beds, rooms, tidying).
• Maintain open communication with healthcare professionals, families, residents, and staff.
