Job summary

Cogir Senior Living seeks compassionate Care Partners to provide direct, personalized care to residents in a team-focused environment. You will support daily living activities, promote safety and dignity, and help residents maintain independence.

Ideal candidates have 12+ months of caregiving experience, strong communication, and a patient, empathetic approach. Weekend rotation may be required; training and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months of professional caregiving experience.
• Experience with memory care is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring) per safety and licensing guidelines.
• Provide independence-supportive care, emotional engagement, and companionship.
• Encourage participation in life enrichment activities and social programs.
• Assist with light housekeeping (beds, tidying rooms) as needed.
• Maintain open communication with residents, families, and healthcare staff.
