Job summary

Cogir Senior Living seeks Care Partners to provide compassionate, direct care to residents, assisting with daily living activities while protecting privacy and dignity. You will collaborate in a team to maintain a nurturing environment that supports independence.

Required are a High School Diploma or equivalent, caregiver training preferred, and First Aid/CPR certification or ability to obtain. Memory care experience is a plus; weekend rotation may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required or preferred caregiver training.
• Current First Aid and CPR license or ability to obtain.
• Caregiver experience or training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring) following safety protocols.
• Provide independence-supportive, compassionate care and emotional engagement.
• Encourage participation in life enrichment activity programs.
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks and maintain clean living areas.
• Promote open communication among residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
