Job summary

Cogir Senior Living in the United States is seeking Care Partners (CNA/HCA) to provide compassionate, personalized direct care to residents. You will assist with activities of daily living, ensure comfort, safety, and dignity, and support independence within a teamwork-based environment.

Qualifications include a high school diploma, valid CNA/HCA license, First Aid/CPR, and at least 12 months of caregiving experience. Weekend rotation is required.

Qualifications

• Valid state CNA or HCA license.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification or ability to obtain.
• At least 12 months of experience in professional caregiving.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring) while following safety protocols.
• Provide compassionate care and support to promote independence, dignity, and comfort.
• Encourage participation in life enrichment activities and social engagement.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks such as making beds and tidying rooms.
• Maintain open communication with healthcare professionals, residents, and families.
