Cogir Senior Living is seeking Care Partners to provide compassionate and personalized direct care to residents in a supportive community environment. You will assist with activities of daily living, promote dignity, privacy, and safety while fostering independence and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Current caregiver training/certification per state requirements (CNA/GNA/PCA/DCA) or ability to obtain.
• Current First Aid and CPR license or ability to obtain.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and transferring.
• Provide independence-supportive, compassionate care and emotional support.
• Encourage participation in life enrichment activities.
• Assist with light housekeeping duties.
• Promote open communication among residents, families, and staff.
