Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months of professional caregiving experience.
• Memory care experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication and teamwork are essential.
• Demonstrates empathy, patience, and respect for residents.
• Willingness to participate in weekend rotation.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living while following safety protocols.
• Provide compassion, engagement, and companionship to promote independence.
• Encourage participation in life enrichment activity programs.
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks and daily routines.
• Maintain open communication with healthcare teams, families, residents, and staff.
