This role emphasizes empathy, clear communication, and gentle engagement with residents and families. Requirements include a High School Diploma, valid CNA/HCA license, and CPR/First Aid certification.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid CNA or HCA license per state regulations.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification or ability to obtain.
• Minimum 12 months caregiving experience in a professional setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living while ensuring safety and privacy.
• Provide compassionate care and emotional support, promoting independence.
• Encourage participation in life enrichment activities and social engagement.
• Assist with light housekeeping and maintain clean, comfortable living spaces.
• Maintain open communication with residents, families, and staff.
