Job summary

Cogir Senior Living seeks Care Partners (CNA/HCA) in Washington state to provide compassionate, direct care for residents, assisting with daily living activities and ensuring comfort, safety, and dignity in a supportive environment. You will work in a collaborative team to promote independence, support memory care when needed, and participate in weekend rotations.

A valid CNA/HCA license, First Aid/CPR, and a high school diploma are required, with competitive wages and growth opportunities

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a valid state CNA or HCA license per state regulations.
• Current First Aid and CPR license or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and transferring, as needed, while adhering to community protocols and safety guidelines.
• Prioritize independence and provide emotional support through engagement and companionship.
• Encourage participation in life enrichment activity programs.
• Assist with light housekeeping duties, such as making beds and tidying rooms.
• Promote open communication between healthcare professionals, families, residents, and staff.
