Job summary

Cogir Senior Living is seeking compassionate Care Partners (CNA/HCA) to provide direct care to residents, helping with activities of daily living while ensuring comfort, safety, and dignity in a supportive team setting.

You will assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility, support memory care when needed, participate in enrichment activities, and help with light housekeeping. Strong communication and teamwork are essential, with weekend rotation required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid CNA or HCA license per state regulations.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification or ability to obtain.
• At least 12 months of experience in a professional caregiving setting.
• Experience with memory care is a plus, but not required.
• Strong communication skills and a teamwork mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and transferring, adhering to safety guidelines.
• Prioritize independence and emotional support through compassionate care and engagement.
• Encourage participation in life enrichment activity programs.
• Assist with light housekeeping duties such as making beds and tidying rooms.
• Promote open communication between healthcare professionals, families, residents, and staff.
