Cogir Senior Living is seeking Care Partners (CNA/HCA) to provide compassionate, personalized direct care to residents across our communities. You will assist with activities of daily living, promote independence, and ensure safety, dignity, and comfort in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid state CNA or HCA license per state regulations.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and transfers.
• Promote independence, provide emotional support, and ensure safety and dignity.
• Engage residents in enrichment activities and maintain open communication with care teams.
• Support light housekeeping and maintain cleanliness and patient comfort.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, residents, and staff.
