Interim HealthCare of Las Cruces, NM is seeking a Scheduling & Quality Assurance Coordinator to serve as the operational hub of our office—managing caregiver and client scheduling, staffing the front desk, and supporting quality assurance through file audits and onboarding. This hands-on role blends scheduling, compliance, and client-facing work in a fast-paced home health setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in home health or home care operations.
• Familiarity with AxisCare scheduling and EVV software.
• Experience with AuthentiCare NM Medicaid EVV aggregator preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Clear, professional communication on calls and in person.

Responsibilities

• Build, adjust, and maintain caregiver schedules for full shift coverage.
• Manage last-minute call-offs, swaps, and emergency coverage.
• Match caregivers to clients based on skills and availability.
• Audit caregiver and client files for completeness and compliance.
• Assist with onboarding paperwork, orientation scheduling, and file setup.
