Job summary

Apploi is seeking a Scheduler to manage clinical staff schedules and daily floor assignments in a care facility. The role requires excellent computer skills, especially with Excel, and a willingness to be on-call 24/7 to support the medical team.

Responsibilities include ensuring charting is completed, assisting with meals and hygiene tasks, monitoring resident comfort, and maintaining privacy under HIPAA guidelines. Long-term care experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Current certification as a QMA, LPN, or RN under Indiana law.
• Indiana state certification required for consideration.
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Create, manage and maintain schedules for clinical staff and monthly master schedules.
• Ensure charting is completed by medical staff.
• Provide assistance with daily resident activities and care guidance as needed.
