Beaumont Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a dedicated Scheduler to create, manage and maintain schedules for clinical staff and daily floor assignments, including the monthly master schedule, to support resident safety and care quality.

The role requires strong computer skills, proficiency in Excel, and availability to be on-call 24/7. Maintain accurate charting, assist with meals and personal care, and ensure HIPAA compliance across the team.

Competenze

• Must have current QMA, LPN or RN certification in Indiana.
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills required.
• Long term care experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.

Mansioni

• Create, manage and maintain schedules for clinical staff and master monthly schedules.
• Ensure all charting is completed by medical staff.
• Provide assistance with meals, personal hygiene, and resident care.
• Assist with ambulating, turning and positioning residents.
• Maintain vital signs and weight data; record intake and output.
• Document actions by completing forms, reports, logs and records.
• Protect privacy and confidentiality; adhere to HIPAA and related laws.
• Update job knowledge and participate in ongoing education.
