Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 2 years' experience in a medical office coordinating patient care.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule hospital and urgent care follow-up visits and procedures.
• Coordinate follow-up care across clinical teams and facilities.
• Act as Patient Relations Representative to support patients.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation in patient charts.
